Does anyone know this mouthwash?

This is a product I brought back from an overseas trip because I liked it so much.

If I type the English written in front, nothing really pops up?

I like the tingling sensation when I gargle, so I want to stock up on it.

I don't know the information. Does anyone happen to know?

Or does anyone happen to have any mouthwash recommendations? I'd like to use a product with a slightly cooling sensation.
