(Oral Care) Gum Guard! Gum Guard!!

The oral care product I would like to recommend this time is Gum Guard from Dong-A Pharmaceutical. I am still using this product and it works great for me. Although my reason for recommending it is subjective, it has been so effective for my gums that I am writing this post hoping you will give it a try.

I heard there is a study showing that using it three times a day after brushing for six weeks reduced gum inflammation levels and the frequency of gum bleeding by more than 50 percent.

I used to have frequent gum bleeding... but now it has really almost completely disappeared. My tooth sensitivity has also improved a lot. I highly recommend this to anyone suffering from gum disease like me.
