Tonsil stones disappeared with just one gargle!
One day 10 years ago, I was swallowing my saliva and felt a foreign object in my throat. Ugh, what is this?
I tried slowly swallowing water and looking in the mirror.
If I look in the mirror with my mouth open.....
(You've tried it at least once, right? lol)
So I did a search and... 😱😱
🔴 Tonsil stones
I realized that.
I thought, "Why suddenly?"
🟠 What are tonsil stones?
It refers to small, yellow granules the size of a grain of rice that form when food debris and bacteria clump together in the small holes in the tonsils or tonsil glands.
🟡 What causes tonsil stones?
The most common cause is chronic tonsillitis. Frequent tonsillitis can cause the small holes in the tonsils, known as tonsillar crypts, to enlarge. If food debris gets trapped in these enlarged holes, it creates an environment where bacteria can easily multiply; when these bacteria clump together to form small granules, they become tonsil stones. People with poor oral hygiene or those suffering from postnasal drip—where mucus flows down the back of the throat due to rhinitis or sinusitis—are prone to developing tonsil stones because the conditions in the tonsils are conducive to bacterial proliferation.
In my case, I'm not exactly sure why. I don't have tonsillitis, nor do I have rhinitis.
I wondered if it was just the accumulation of a lot of fatigue.
So I guess it's just temporary.
I did it, but removing tonsil stones in front of the mirror 2-3 times a week became a routine. It was unsightly and uncomfortable because of the foreign body sensation, but the more serious problem was the smell.
So I started gargling as well.
I even looked into hospitals... but since I didn't want to have surgery, I spent several years looking in the mirror and digging with cotton swabs.
How to remove tonsil stones?
- Scrape off with a cotton swab or ear pick
- Remove by picking it up with tweezers
- Remove using shower water pressure
❌This method will absolutely not work.❌
However, because it was the easiest method, I damaged the tonsil tissue using the wrong method.
Then, after a few years, if I endured the foreign object sensation for a while, it would just fall out on its own while coughing or brushing my teeth. I was so foolish, wasn't I? lol
Occasionally....
The tonsil stones just became one with me.
But last year! I found out about this mouthwash.
"Eusimol" mouthwash
You've probably heard of it at least once.
A secret recipe that has established itself as a famous aristocrat's secret recipe in the UK~^^
I've tried a few mouthwashes too, but they didn't work.
So I used this mouthwash with some skepticism, but wow, after using it just once, it was removed immediately.
I can't explain exactly why, but...
It really works.
I no longer get tonsil stones.
Of course, my bad breath has gotten better too.
My husband, who has bad breath, also completely switched to this mouthwash.
