Step 3 of My Oral Care (Keyword of the Week: 5th Week of July)
With every passing year, I realize just how precious oral care is, even more so than beauty and inner beauty.
I found that once I felt the pain from my gums or a toothache, I started taking better care of my mouth and brushing my teeth more diligently.
I started using the eco-friendly solid toothpaste and toothbrush I received as a gift, and it felt refreshing and nice.
And what I pay special attention to is dental floss and mouthwash.
I only floss at home, and I definitely notice it more when I see the debris coming off the floss, even after brushing my teeth thoroughly.
They say that brushing your teeth is not just about cleaning your teeth, but also about cleaning between your teeth and gums.
1. Floss first.
2. Solid toothpaste. Since 3 minutes with a toothbrush is longer than I thought, I use an hourglass to brush for as long as possible.
[Recommended Product: Baking Soda Toothpaste] Dental Care... when brushing, there is something like powder between the teeth
I can feel it going in, and it seems like baking soda. My teeth feel very refreshed after brushing.
[Recommended Product: Solid Toothpaste] Just hold it in your mouth and it will foam up; then you can brush your teeth. It comes in individual packets.
It is great for going out or traveling. Since it is eco-friendly, it is gentle, which is nice.
3. Finish with a tongue cleaner and mouthwash.
*4. Dental scaling 1-2 times a year
Actually, completing all three steps 1, 2, and 3 is something I only do when I really set my mind to it, but I am still trying.
