Listerine comes in many varieties and strengths, but I prefer the mint flavor that refreshes my entire mouth, so I have been using this product continuously for several years.

I use it once a day before bed, and the advantage is that I have less bad breath when I wake up in the morning.

The second oral care item I would like to introduce is a tongue cleaner.

I purchased this after seeing a post on the internet saying that the tongue has bumps so you must use a tongue cleaner to clean it thoroughly. I used to use a plastic product, but the tongue cleaner I switched to is made of silicone, making it easy to disinfect.
