I tend to get cavities often... Is there a toothpaste that is good for preventing cavities?

 

Is it better to have a soft toothbrush too?

Gargling before bed would help too, right?

    치약은 잘 모르겠지만 치실이나 치간칫솔 꼭 쓰라던데요
