I bought an interdental brush.

You're supposed to start with the thinnest one, but I bought the standard 0.8mm size and ended up bleeding. It turns out the gaps between my teeth are quite narrow. So, I bought the 0.4mm one instead. I plan to use the two interchangeably. Now, if I don't use an interdental brush, the spaces between my teeth feel uncomfortable. Everyone should give it a try to help prevent cavities and alleviate gum inflammation.
