Please make sure to use an interdental brush.

Please make sure to use an interdental brush.Did you all have a delicious lunch? I make sure to clean my teeth with an interdental brush before brushing. They say that removing food particles stuck between the gums helps prevent gum disease and cavities immediately. I was told to at least use an interdental brush on days when I can't brush my teeth. I bought a large pack from Coupang.
