I wasn't good at taking care of my teeth, so after getting a molar implant when I was younger, I developed an obsession with my teeth.

I make sure to get a scaling done once a year, and visit the dentist twice a year.

I go regularly. That is because the space between my teeth gets even more...

I tend to be careful about this. First, I clean every nook and cranny with an interdental brush, and then I finish with dental floss.

The interdental brush I use is a Teffé Swedish product.

I bought this at a dental clinic. It is the second size available.
