It is Gum Guard Original from Dong-A Pharmaceutical.
I am using it for gum health care that brushing alone cannot provide.
You just need to hold it in your mouth for 30 seconds when brushing your teeth.
It's not too spicy, and the aroma is nice.
It is good to use when your gums are swollen or bleeding.
I like that I don't have bad breath when I wake up in the morning.
