I've found that if I gargle before bed, I wake up feeling fresher and lighter in the morning. Also, since it's a mouthwash that removes cavity-causing bacteria, I think it will help eliminate the germs that brushing alone can't remove! The large size makes it great for the whole family to share, and since it has a transparent formula without artificial colors, I think it's fine for kids to use as well.
