Oral Care Listerine Natural Green Tea

I use the "Mild" flavor of Listerine, which is the milder and easier to use compared to the refreshing flavor. It is a green tea-flavored, alcohol-free mouthwash that contains double the amount of fluoride, so it seems like it will help prevent cavities. They say that even if you brush thoroughly, as many as 75% of your teeth remain unreached, so using Listerine is necessary to at least help kill bacteria. Since it is essential oil-based, it can be used immediately after brushing.
