Rinse your mouth for about 1 minute, then rinse your throat for about 30 seconds.

I found out I had to do this twice.

And spicy mouthwash contains alcohol, so it dries out the mouth.

I understand that bacteria grow more easily.

I like this product because it is alcohol-free, making it easy to gargle with.
