I use the 480ml size at home, and the convenient stick type when I go out.

It has a refreshing eucalyptus mint scent but isn't spicy.

You can use it with peace of mind as it is free of tar dyes.

I have tried both Green Wave and Mystic Forest mouthwash, and I think the mist press is better because it is less spicy.

I do not use it for more than 30 seconds.
