초 미세 타입 치간칫솔 쓰시는군요 ㅎ
My gums tend to be weak, so I get regular scaling and take care of them at home.
I am currently using two essential items.
First up is the interdental brush. When the dentist recommended it, I didn't know how to use it and was worried it might cause the gaps between my teeth to widen, but now it is an essential item for me.
I have tried several brands, but I Perio I-shaped 0.4 mm interdental brush This fit me best.
For first-time users, it would be best to start with the small micro type.
If you use a large one, it may cause wounds between your gums.
I looked up how to use it on YouTube, and the instructions are on the back of the product. You might bleed the first time, so please be careful, but after doing it a few times, you'll get the hang of how to do it!
They come in various thicknesses, ranging from 0.4mm to 1.2mm, so you can choose the size that best suits the gap between your gums.
Also, I only use the I-shape because it is comfortable for me, but I've heard that some people find the L-shape more comfortable. My family only uses the L-shape.
So it's easy to distinguish each person's. ^^
The second item is dental floss. The one you use the most Oral-B dental floss This is the product. I have tried so many different types of dental floss, but I always end up coming back to Oral-B. Other brands would break or split, causing them to catch on my teeth. Oral-B products have a slight minty scent, so my mouth feels fresh after flossing.
I mainly use an interdental brush for the front part and dental floss for the deep inner parts.
I found that it is difficult to take care of oral care with just a toothbrush and toothpaste. I hope you take care of the unseen areas as well using interdental brushes and dental floss. After trying them out a few times, you will likely find a brand that suits you well. I hope you use a product that fits you perfectly and maintain your dental health.
