It's a teeth whitening patch. I bought it because I was bothered by the yellowness of my teeth now that masks are lifted. Since I love coffee and drink it almost every day, they were a bit yellow. I stick it on my teeth for about two hours while watching TV after dinner and before bed, relaxing, and use it until the film falls off. It was faint at first, but I could see my teeth getting whiter little by little. I recommend it.
