Dentists emphasize that while most toothpastes on the market are pretty much the same, certain ones containing gum care ingredients (like Dentrix or Sensodyne) are effective. That is why I consistently use Sensodyne and Dentrix; this time, I am using Dentrix. It contains the gum-beneficial ingredient Etizm, making it a product suitable for daily gum care. I tend to believe that for consumables used every day like toothpaste, you really need to use products with functional properties. Also, dentists advised me to always squeeze out only a tiny amount of toothpaste. They said that while advertisements show people filling the toothbrush due to marketing, the amount equivalent to a single pearl is actually sufficient.
