Interdental brush I bought with my own money at the hospital

I frequently use interdental brushes for oral care. I bought one for 3,000 won at the clinic where I had my scaling done, after hearing it's good to use afterward. I sometimes wonder if I'm already at the age where my gums are receding, but I find that food particles that don't come out with dental floss are removed quickly with an interdental brush. I heard that brushing alone can't reach all the spaces between teeth, so using an interdental brush for those spots is also good for gum care. Interdental brushes are essential for healthy gums. I like that they are reusable rather than disposable!
