리스테린 쿨민트 시원하고 개운해요
It was too strong the first time I used it. I always use only the mild White Label. If you use Listerine and don't rinse your mouth properly, plaque forms and skin problems develop. I think many people have actually experienced this. If you use Listerine incorrectly, use too much, or use it immediately after brushing without rinsing off the toothpaste, your teeth will become discolored and plaque will build up very easily. This is the same for Garlic and Listerine. Since Listerine isn't a cure-all, please gargle properly with the appropriate amount twice a day and rinse thoroughly.
If you find even the Mild version too harsh, Listerine is not suitable for you, so please do not use it. Also, if you notice white flakes appearing in your mouth after using Listerine, try changing your dosage and application method. Listerine is not the solution for tartar or gum disease; in fact, leaving liquid in your mouth can make it feel drier and cause further problems.
Even if I get used to the Mild version, I would stick with it no matter what. You need to gargle properly for it to be effective, but I can't gargle with the Black Label because it stings, so I recommend the White Label. After brushing and using Listerine, if you feel like residue remains between your teeth or on the tooth surface, you must address it. That residue can turn into tartar and discoloration. Do not use Listerine as a substitute for brushing. You need to use it correctly; otherwise, it could damage your teeth!
