Bought with my own money - Oral-B, the nation's favorite dental floss

My gums are in really bad condition. Gums of people in their 30s to 60s.

The dentist recommended that I use an interdental brush and dental floss together.

In my opinion, interdental brushes felt like they irritated my gums more. Dental floss definitely feels like it strengthens the gums, even though it is inconvenient to use.

I highly recommend dental floss to those with bad gums like me.
