Oral care purchased with my own money

This is a mouthwash product prescribed by an ENT doctor for oral inflammation. It seems to be more effective when used undiluted, but if I mix a little water with the concentrate and gargle for about 30 seconds, it feels like it is slightly disinfecting. It is a mouthwash used for stomatitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, and after wisdom tooth extraction. I think it would be good to use when oral inflammation is severe.
