My thorough oral care for every nook and cranny, Garglin
My oral care is Garglin.
It is now so famous that it has become a national favorite that no one is unfamiliar with it.
The good thing about Gargrin is that it can care for areas that toothbrushes or dental floss cannot reach.
I love the feeling of my whole mouth becoming fresh and clean as I pour it into my mouth and gurgle around.
It is said that the name Gargrin is derived from the onomatopoeia "Gargling," meaning "to rinse the mouth," and "Clean," meaning "clean."
The main component is sodium fluoride ( Fluorine ) and cetylpyridinium hydrate. Cetylpyridinium hydrate (CPC) is said to have excellent bactericidal properties against oral bacteria, especially Streptococcus mutans, which causes tooth decay.
Usually, you use the product lid as a cup, mix about 15ml for 30 seconds, 2 to 3 times a day, and then spit it out; however, swallowing about a cup won't cause any major problems.
The liquid left after rinsing your mouth is unlikely to be hygienic, so you should avoid swallowing it if possible.
Furthermore, it is said that the fluoride contained in mouthwash has the property of attempting to replace calcium in bones, so consuming it for a long period may weaken the bones.
※ There was a time when products were heavily advertised as being free of artificial colors.
However, there is a side effect where the cetylpyridinium hydrate (CPC) in Gargrin reacts with the surfactants in toothpaste, causing teeth to turn yellow. It is advised to use it separately from brushing as much as possible.
