Clean every nook and cranny with an interdental brush

As I get older, my gums are receding and gaps are forming between my teeth.

Plaque forms there.

Then, a vicious cycle occurs where the gums deteriorate even further.

Before brushing my teeth, I first remove what is stuck between my teeth with an interdental brush and dental floss.

I've tried various interdental brushes, but lately I use a curved one like this.

It is easy to use in every nook and cranny, even the molar area.

I heard that this is a product made in Korea and exported to Japan.

There are several sizes to choose from, but the product I am currently using is 0.4mm.
