Johnson & Johnson Listerine Healthy Bright

This is the Listerine mouthwash I am currently using. It is the Healthy Bright model, one of their flagship products. They claim this product is effective for preventing plaque, eliminating bad breath, preventing cavities, and giving you a bright smile (by inhibiting tartar formation?). I use it twice a day, gargling for 30 seconds. Filling the cap halfway is convenient enough for a thorough rinse. Since there is no need to rinse with water separately, I find it convenient to use after brushing my teeth or whenever I want to rinse my mouth after a snack.
