I recommend Gargrin Zero mouthwash.

Compared to other mouthwashes, it is significantly less spicy, so it is great to use before bed. I used to use a different product in the green bottle, but I felt I couldn't handle spicy mouthwashes anymore, so I switched to Gargrin Zero. It is milder than the original, making it comfortable to use, and it is also affordable. My mouth felt dry and sticky, which led to bad brushing habits. I started brushing too hard, which caused my gums to recede and deteriorate, so I urgently bought this to use as a mouthwash after brushing. It doesn't have that tasteless feeling like the fluoride mouthwash I used as a child. I hesitated a lot before buying it because other products besides Gargrin Zero stung severely and had strong scents that were unpleasant, but this one has a moderate scent and no sharp, stinging sensation, so I hardly felt any discomfort.
