Try using the Perio interdental brush.

I use interdental brushes for oral care. I bought the Perio interdental brushes on Auction for around 11,000 won as a buy-one-get-one-free deal; they come in a pack of 15. I like that the bristles are much finer and softer than other interdental brushes. Since they are I-shaped, it is convenient because you just hold them in your hand and gently rub them between your teeth at a right angle to remove food debris. I don't feel any specific sensation, but it leaves me feeling refreshed. If you haven't tried interdental brushes yet, you should definitely give them a try.
