It comes with 35 pieces, so it is a cost-effective product that lasts a long time even if you buy just one. Since it has two rows instead of one, you can use it more cleanly.

I have tried other dental floss before, but the one with two strands is definitely much more effective.

You just need to gently slide the dental floss between your teeth and move it up and down; you shouldn't apply too much force. Of course, I have never experienced any pain.
