Bought with my own money - Tongue cleaner

This is a tongue cleaner I ordered along with a toothbrush.

This is a Median product. I think removing the white coating helps eliminate bad breath and keeps my mouth clean.

I make sure to brush my teeth and use a tongue cleaner after waking up in the morning, and then drink water.

There is definitely a difference compared to the days I didn't do it.
