Gargle after wisdom tooth extraction

It has been a week since I had my wisdom tooth extracted, and I have been refraining from rinsing my mouth because I was afraid of bleeding.

I'm thinking of starting to use Gargrin today. Is that okay?
Listerine is a bit strong, so it might be too much for you, right?
