Unni's Pouch applies the following policies to ensure smooth community operation. These operational policies apply to all users of the community, so please familiarize yourself with them and use them accordingly.
Copyright and Liability of Posts
The copyright of posts published by members on the Unnie's Pouch Community (hereinafter referred to as the "Community") belongs to the poster themselves, and the information or opinions posted on the service are unrelated to the position of Unnie's Pouch (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
The person who posted the content is solely responsible for any problems arising from the content posted on the service.
The Company shall not bear civil or criminal liability even if posts published by a Member within the Service infringe upon the copyrights, program copyrights, etc., of others; and if the Company receives an objection, such as a claim for damages, from a third party for this reason, the relevant Member shall bear all damages incurred as a result.
Management and preservation of posts
If the Company determines that any content posted by a member within the Service violates the Board Operation Principles, it may delete the content without prior or subsequent notice to the poster, and furthermore, may impose appropriate sanctions on the member concerned according to the severity of the violation.
The Company may, at its discretion, create or delete bulletin boards as necessary, and may also set and change the posting or storage period for materials stored in the channel.
The Company may edit or move posts published by members without prior notice as necessary, and may delete posts published by a member if the member terminates their membership or if the membership is terminated for lawful reasons.
In addition, if posts written by members are deemed appropriate, they may be used as company content.
Community Terms of Use
- Unnie's Pouch is an autonomous community built by the power of its members.
- Unpa_Official does not engage in activities such as leaving comments in the community, and administrator accounts are not summoned in the community.
- If you have any questions regarding the community, please contact us via the report button or email, and we will respond to you via email.
- Commercial activities, including sales activities within the community, are prohibited, and occurrences between members
- Unnie's Pouch assumes no responsibility for any issues that may arise during sharing or exchange transactions.

Activity criteria corresponding to reasons for reporting/deletion
✅ Posts that violate the Constitution, social order, and public morals
- Cases where there is a risk of undermining national ideology or hindering the normal activities of the state
- Cases of disseminating information that denies or ridicules social order or violates good morals and customs
- Cases where content disregards human life, glorifies or induces suicide, involves violence, or praises crimes or delinquent behavior, or is deemed to be associated with other criminal acts
- Cases where excessive profanity, vulgar slang, jargon, or slang that may cause offense is used
- Cases where fear is caused by specifically describing shame, disgust, or assault
- Cases where false information is intentionally disseminated to incite emotional conflict among users
- Cases of slandering, distorting, or ridiculing specific religious doctrines
- In the case of curses or superstitious worship
- Cases where the name or position of a media outlet is impersonated or misappropriated to take the form of an article, and the content is false
✅ Obscene posts
Obscene, profanity, and indiscriminate slanderous posts will be deleted immediately upon discovery, and the user will be banned from the community without restriction or prior warning.

- Cases where the genitals, pubic hair, or anus of men and women are depicted, or sexual acts are expressed.
- Posts containing advertisements for vulgar or obscene data, software, music, photos, graphics, videos, etc., or links to pornographic sites
- Cases of facilitating prostitution or inducing meetings for the purpose of sexual intercourse
✅ Personal information infringement and defamation posts
- Cases where personal information (name, resident registration number, region, photo, etc.) is registered without the permission of the person concerned
- Cases where a specific person, group, or institution is slandered or defamed to damage their reputation or unfairly infringe upon their privacy
✅ Intellectual property infringement posts
- Cases of illegally posting, distributing, or reproducing materials without the copyright holder's consent
- Cases of infringing upon another person's intellectual property, such as trademarks or design rights
- In cases where copyrighted software, etc., is made available for free download without consent, or serial numbers are shared
- Introducing, recommending, or linking to sites that infringe upon or induce infringement of another person's intellectual property
✅ Commercial, promotional, and illegal advertising activities
- In cases where links to third-party sites are included for commercial gain, regardless of the post content
- Cases of causing or encouraging gambling activities through monetary (cyber money) transactions
- Cases of forced sale or illegal purchase of prizes/lottery tickets
- Cases where commercial content is posted for the benefit of a specific company or individual
- If false information or illegal content is posted, such as introductions to money-making sites or pyramid schemes
▶ Posts/comments deemed problematic under the operating policy may be deleted, community usage restricted, or account unsubscribed without prior warning.
✅ Social activities among specific members
Unpa is a community used by everyone. To create an atmosphere where everyone can enjoy themselves together, please refrain from excessive socializing among members.
1) Social posts that resonate only among specific members and cannot be understood by others
2) Actions that hinder the influx and activities of new members are strictly prohibited.
3) Prohibition of unofficial activities not officially recognized by Unpa
ex) Formation of social groups through the creation and promotion of open chat rooms, etc.

4) Posts that capture and archive other members' posts/comments
✅ detail Non-existent posts, spam, clickbait posts
- If posting is inappropriate due to missing title or content, or an error
- Cases where the content does not match the nature of the bulletin board, identical content is listed multiple times, or the same content is repeatedly posted on each bulletin board
Even if the content is good, the act of repeatedly posting the same content or comments is considered spamming.
✅ Other sanctioned posts
- Cases of impersonating a company employee or bulletin board manager, or using another person's name without permission
- If it contains software viruses, other computer code, files, or programs that cause malfunction of service-related equipment or the destruction and disruption of information
- If deemed to be in violation of other relevant laws, policies, regulations, and company guidelines, etc.

If violations of the operating policy continue even after the suspension, indefinite suspension, restriction on service usage, or inability to re-register may be imposed.
