Haserin Pore Clear Black Nose Pack

My teenage son has been having really heavy sebum production lately and has been worried about blackheads, so I bought this Haserin Pore Clear Black Nose Pack at Olive Young.

I think doing it occasionally would be helpful, but I was a little worried that it might enlarge my pores.

If you happen to have any recommendations for better products for blackheads or tips on preventing them, please let me know.
