Are there any nose packs that work really well?

My child's nose is getting more and more full of blackheads.

I went to Daiso and bought several nose packs and tried them all. But I don't really see any effect.

I'm worried about leaving a scar if I just squeeze it all out. That's why I don't want to touch it with my hands.

I am trying.

As a result, the blackhead in the middle of my nose has gotten bigger lately, and I feel like it will turn into a mole if I don't squeeze it. So I'm debating whether or not to squeeze it with my fingers.
