How should I take care of my skin?

My skin is clear overall, but my nose looks messy due to uneven texture, blackheads, and especially tiny bumps. In the past, whenever I had blackheads or acne, I used to squeeze and pick at them, which even caused inflammation. Please recommend some nose strips or skincare products!
