I recommend the Jello Jello Cuticle Oil Pen!

At first, I used nail clippers, but I kept drawing blood... lol. So now I use an oil pen. There are various scents available, but I chose Freesia! When hangnails appear near my nails, or when they get messy about 2-3 days after trimming my cuticles, I just lightly rub the oil pen on them. The white residue disappears, leaving them looking neat and effective! It can get too slippery if you apply too much, so I recommend using only a tiny amount.
