I like the Fillimilli cuticle nippers.

The Fillimilli cuticle nippers I use! I bought them for about 10,000 won during an Olive Young sale. You can safely close the cap when not in use. The clamp isn't too wide, which is nice, and seeing how cleanly they remove the cuticles even with my incredibly clumsy hands, I think beginners would enjoy buying them too. Using nippers helps get rid of the tiny splinters and makes everything look neat. I highly recommend them!
