I recommend the OPI nail cuticle oil pen.

I go to get my nails done, so I had them done at a salon.

It is good to apply when hangnails bother you.

It looks like a pen, so you can just swipe it on, and it's convenient.

I searched online and found it was affordable, so I repurchased it with my own money and am currently using it.

I especially recommend it for winter haha.
