Burt's Bees Lemon Cuticle Balm

At first glance, it looks like a smooth balm, but as you rub it in, it seems to have very fine granules, almost like a scrub. I liked it because the oil and scrub-like particles soothe hangnails without irritation after I rubbed it in and applied it to my cuticles.

I recommend this to those who, like me, find hangnails bothersome.
