This is Tony Moly Tony Nail Care Nail Strengthener. It looks pink, but when applied, it has no color and gives a slightly shiny finish like clear nail polish.
My nails tend to split easily, but applying this occasionally seems to be improving them. It isn't burdensome to use, and the price isn't bad either.
