Innisfree Nail Cuticle Remover

I don't have cuticles, but I use this to tidy up loose skin. It's affordable and good.

If you apply this, use your phone for about 3 minutes, and then gently wipe it off with a wet tissue, it becomes clean. It would be great for softening and removing cuticles or loose skin.
