This is an OPI cuticle oil pen that I bought with my own money.

Just twist the brush until it picks up enough solution, lightly brush it onto the edges of your nails, and you're done.

It coats even the fingernails, and hangnails don't form easily.

If you apply it to your nails once in a while, you won't need to maintain them separately.

It is easy to control the amount, and since I tend to get a lot of hangnails, I am satisfied with it. I recommend it.
