Nail nourishment for brittle nails

Since I have a job that involves working with my hands, my hands and fingernails are bound to get rough.

I frequently apply hand cream to my hands, and I apply nail strengthener to prevent my nails from breaking easily.

I stopped by Daiso and happened to find some nutritional supplements, so I bought them. I'm applying them often, so they're running out quickly.

Once applied, it dries quickly and gives my nails a slight shine. It seems like they break a little less while I'm working.

I've been applying it consistently once in a while; it's better than not applying it, right?

I think the Daiso nail strengthener and base coat are good value for money.
