I recommend the Daiso baby nail buffer. It's great for trimming the tips of nails after cutting them. You can adjust the filing level! It's affordable, so replacing it every few months isn't a burden, and the quality is good too. Nails are so sharp right after cutting, so filing them down once in a while is really helpful.
