This is Wake Make Base.

My toenails are really damaged from a previous pedicure, so they are in too serious a state to get another one. I bought this to apply a base coat! I bought it because Olive Young doesn't have many nail polishes anymore, and I really love it! I don't like large quantities because they are overwhelming and I can't use them all, so this has just the right amount. It applies smoothly, so I think I made a great purchase haha.
