I recommend a cuticle remover.

I had been using the Dr. Wonder Pocket Cuticle Remover and really liked it, but I ran out so I repurchased it!

It is such a great product for someone like me with no dexterity who wants to do DIY nail care, so I just couldn't help but buy it even though it is a bit pricey haha.

This product is thin and small, making it really great to carry around. It also removes cuticles easily, simply, and conveniently, so I find myself doing my nail care consistently!

It is very simple to use. Push the pointed end of the pusher from top to bottom along your nail, and then gently roll the bottom tip in a circular motion; a lot of white cuticle will come off onto the pusher. Once you have removed a good amount of cuticle, wipe it off with a wet tissue, and that's it! It's super simple, right?
