When do I use gel nail parts?

These are the gels and charms I collected one by one to do it myself.

I think I bought red gel too, but I looked for it and it's not there?!!

It comes in white too♡ I bought it hoping to create a wave effect, but I don't think it'll work... Puhaha

These are some pretty high-end beauty charms I bought at a beauty expo.

I bought them thinking they would look pretty if I stuck them on one by one as accents, but already... time... *dun dun*
