Nail clippers good for thick toenails (recommended for the elderly)

My mother has severe fungal infection on her big toe, so her toenails are thick and she cannot cut them with regular nail clippers.

 

 

The reason I can't treat the athlete's foot is not only because of his age (85), but also because he takes so many oral medications; prescription drugs from dermatologists are too strong, and over-the-counter topical treatments from pharmacies aren't effective.
