Wet 'n' Wild Matte Top Coat

This is the Wet 'n' Wild Matte Top Coat I bought because I wanted to try matte nails. I didn't have high expectations since I bought it cheaply, but it really performs as expected for the price. It doesn't get very matte. Still, since it gives a subtle sheen that is somewhere between matte and glossy, it's not bad. It looks cute when used on bright, solid-colored nails.
