I recommend WakeMake Cuticle Oil.

This is WakeMake Cuticle Oil. I used to be so stressed because my cuticles always grew in messily, but if you apply this and wait a while, you can easily tidy them up by gently trimming them with nail nippers.

I think the biggest advantage is that it isn't sticky and allows for quick touch-ups. I used to use a pen remover, but I think this is better. ^^ Weme products have been really good lately.
