Cool blue nail polish

I'm posting this because it's a color that goes well with the hot summer. It's blue, but not deep... Should I call it a light sky blue with silver pearls mixed in?

It looks more luxurious because it is an uncommon color.

When actually applied, it looks like a light sky blue with a milky tint. I don't like dark shades, so I only apply it once, and it’s just right. I think I’ll be wearing it all summer long. It has a lot of English on it, but it’s actually made in Korea by Daewon Cosmetics.
