It is the Nature Republic Color & Nature Cotton in Navy. It is a perfectly transparent navy color.

It looks pretty even in summer like this when applied to toenails. It might look a bit too warm on fingernails, though?

It applies well, but since the color is intense, it is a little difficult to apply neatly.

However, it actually suits both fair and slightly dark skin well! The color is really pretty when applied.
